Body Stress Symptoms

Both our bodies and our minds will show us when we are under a significant amount of stress.   The symptoms listed below may be signs that you need to work on your stress management skills:

Physical

  • Headache
  • Stomachache
  • Muscle twitches
  • Shaky hands
  • Jitter
  • Blurred vision
  • Insomnia
  • Common cold symptoms, sore throat, etc
  • Diarrhea
  • Low energy level

Mental

  • Forgetfulness
  • General apathy
